Configuration Management Support
At the heart of all methodologies and lifecycles is configuration management. Providing the knowledge and support in this area, we help ensure the client has the information and data that may be needed to perform rollbacks, recoveries and address questions. We also ensure that the correct processes are in place to manage change throughout the course of the engagement.
Data Migration from Existing Lifecycle tools
We support the migration of data from existing repositories to new solutions being put in place. Where possible we also create custom scripts to extract and transform the data to meet the constraint of the new system.
Training
Training is provided for all of the solutions & software identified. We set ourselves apart by ensuring that training is geared to the clients processes and practices. This enables the learner to be more effective in the execution of the daily activities.
